Not every person employs iMovie on a Mac! I use Last Minimize Pro 7 (FCP) and the Log and Transfer function to an iMac functions excellent. But initially, just conserve the files from the inner memory or external card to your difficult push and even backup these extremely compressed source files to DVDs. Then use Log and Transfer to pull out the clips you want and go edit in Final Minimize. I depart the source files in individually named folders and Log and T can locate these from inside FCP. Hey, from the 32 GB of source files you broaden this to enormous files, but you can keep going again to the compressed supply as necessary and delete the expanded files when done modifying. I use mine to report at horse exhibits. When employed in typical outside lights, the digital camera captures stunningly gorgeous images. Indoor arenas pose a challenge. As extended as you zoom in on the topic issue, the picture excellent is very good. Zoom out and the pictures turn into very dim (definitely is dependent on just how great the ambient lights is). I am sure that I can work around this as I get used to the camera. I dump my recordings into my Imac through Imovie, which handles the file transfer easily. I also use a Sony MC6 Direct DV recorder through an Ilink cable which is a rapid and uncomplicated way to burn HD DVDs. On a scale of 10, I rate the digital camera a 9.

This digital camera significantly surpassed my anticipations. I have used it in many configurations, inside and outside, and have been very happy with the ease of use and the higher quality video and still picture. For me the only issue that I would alter is the ergonomics of the handle strap but I would nonetheless purchase it once again and once more.

Cannot complain. For the value obtaining a good HIGH DEFINITION video clip camera. Of program if you are compairing this to a $3,000.00 HI-DEF video camera, you'll be dissapointed.But good transition from vibrant daylight on the lanai of a hotel room to shooting in low mild within, the video clip camera is fairly impressive. It still maintains nice color and lighting.Only factor I could want would be a challenging push, but snce I can't justify the value, I am a lot more than happy with this little video camera. And based mostly on the dimension of this one particular, can not complain.The stills are not all that great, but then yet again I didn't acquire this VIDEO camera to get stills. I very own a Electronic SLR for that.
